How long will my claim take?
All claims are different, so it is really hard to provide precise figure. The average claim takes a couple of weeks. However complex cases where charges have taken place over a very long period of time, will be much longer.
Will I need to pay anything upfront?
Definitely not. We pay all our own costs to pursue your claim.
Will I be charged if my claim fails?
Will you claim back 100% of my premiums paid?
Yes we will certainly try our best to achieve that, and this will be repaid to you in full, less our fees.

How do you make your money?
There’s nothing to pay upfront. When we’ve recovered all your premiums we take a 30% fee (plus VAT).
If i have closed my account some time ago, can you still help me make a claim?
Yes we may still be able to help. However, this depends on how long ago your mobile phone account was closed. If it was within the last six months there is a good chance that we can help.
I have ported my number to a different mobile network can you still help?
Yes we can, please state this clearly when completely the online claim form with the relevant dates, etc.
Is there anything you need apart from my completed claim form?
It will be a good idea to have copies of your mobile phone bill which shows all the transactions. We may ask you to send this to us by email as this will help speed up the claim process.
How do I know if I can reclaim my charges?

Is there a minimum claim amount, if so how much?
They are as follows:
UK £10+, Ireland €15+, USA & Australia $20+
I have received an offer from the service provider. What do I do?
The first thing to do is not to accept anything without talking to us first.
Sometimes, service providers refund figures are different to those we believe you should be receiving for your PSMS refund. We will need to question incorrect figures immediately, in order to ensure you do not lose your money. To ensure quick settlement, please call 0203 627 0327
